Getting Started

How do I book a shoot?

You can book online directly through our pricing page, email us at info@homesightusa.com, or text us. Most shoots are scheduled within 48 hours of booking.

We currently serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe County. For listings outside our standard radius, contact us. We frequently take on luxury and unique properties further afield, with a small travel surcharge.

For best availability, book 3–5 days in advance. We do offer next-day shoots when slots are open, and same-day rush shoots are sometimes possible just give us a call to confirm.

You’re welcome to be there, but you don’t need to be. Many agents leave a key in a lockbox or coordinate access with the seller. We handle the rest. We always lock up before leaving.

We’ll still shoot interiors, twilight, or video that doesn’t depend on bright daylight. For exteriors that need clear skies, we’ll digitally enhance the sky in post or reschedule the exterior portion or whole booking at no charge.

What you get and when

How long does it take to recieve the content?

Standard turnaround on photos is the next business day by 5pm. Video delivery is usually 72 hours. Matterport links are usually live within 24 hours. Same-day rush is available for an additional fee.

Every shoot gets a private online gallery you can share with your seller. From there you can download web-sized files for MLS and for print. Tour and video links are also embedded.

You’ll receive both MLS-ready JPEGs (sized 1500–2048px wide for fast upload) and full-resolution

You receive a perpetual marketing license to use all media for the listing — MLS, your website, social, print, brochures, signs, etc. HomeSight retains the underlying copyright. We can transfer full copyright on request for an additional fee.
Yes. Minor revisions (object removal, small adjustments) are included free for 3 days after delivery. Major revisions or new edits beyond that window are billed at our standard rate.

What's the difference between Matterport and Zillow 3D?
Both are 3D virtual tours, but they serve different purposes. Zillow 3D is native to Zillow and earns the listing the “3D Home” badge — best for boosting Zillow click-through. Matterport is the industry-standard immersive tour with a “dollhouse” view, embeddable anywhere, and is preferred for luxury listings and property websites.
Virtual staging is digital furniture and decor added to photos of empty rooms. It’s photorealistic, costs a fraction of physical staging, and helps buyers visualize the space. We always disclose virtual staging on the photo and in the gallery.
A virtual twilight edit converts a daytime exterior photo into a stunning twilight shot — sky replacement, glowing windows, ambient lighting. It’s a fraction of the cost of a true twilight shoot and looks fantastic for online listings.
Absolutely. Vacant homes photograph beautifully, and virtual staging is a great option to help buyers visualize the space.
Our Premium package covers up to 4,000 sqft. Our Luxury package handles homes 4,000+ sqft. For estates over 8,000 sqft we recommend a custom quote. Time frames may vary depending on the size.

Payment & Policies

The fine print, made simple

When do I pay?
Payment is due upon delivery, before files are released from the gallery. We accept all major cards, ACH, and Zelle. High-volume teams can request invoiced billing. Delayed payments can cause delivery delays.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the shoot are free. Within 24 hours, a 50% rescheduling fee applies. If we arrive on-site and the home isn’t ready or accessible, a 100% trip fee applies.
Yes. Agents who book 10+ shoots per month qualify for our preferred pricing. Brokerages and teams of 5+ agents can request custom team pricing. reach out for details.
